Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The Designers Choice is the perfect gift! The Orchid Design Florist provides a place during the order process to provide any specific requests. Before the arrangement is delivered you receive a picture of the beautiful arrangement the recipient is receiving. They are careful to call the recipient to confirm they will be at the location specified in the order at the time of delivery. Plus a lovely notice is sent to the buyer once the arrangement has been delivered. All of that plus your recipient is delighted with the gorgeous flowers they receive. Highly recommend this florist.
